Are your ingredients 100% natural?
Yes, we only use natural ingredients in all of our products. You can learn more about all of our ingredients here. 

Do you test your ingredients on animals?
We are 100% cruelty free and never test our products on animals.

How often should the face mask be applied?
We recommend using our face mask once or twice a week. You'll begin seeing results after the first use!

How do your masks stay fresh without any chemical preservatives? 
The ingredients we use in our products have antibacterial and antioxidant properties that act as natural preservatives. The use of Vitamin E in our masks naturally extends its shelf life.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Since there are no harmful preservatives in our products, the shelf life ranges anywhere from 9 to 12 months. Storing the mask in the refrigerator is not necessary, but will extend its life. 

Where are your masks made? 
All of our masks are handmade in beautiful Montréal, Canada. 

How long does shipping take?
All of our masks are made to order, so please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders within Canada usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days, while orders to the USA can take 5- 7 business days. Shipping outside of North America may take 10 - 12 business days, depending on location.

We currently ship internationally via Canada Post and USPS.
